We’re excited to welcome students back to another year of after-school clubs! Please read through the following important steps and reminders before registering:

Membership Requirement

• You must be an LME PTA member before registering for any club.

• To check your membership status:

  1. Log in to the PTA website.

  2. Go to My Account → Previous Orders → Membership Tab.

• If you are not a member:

  1. Log in to the PTA website.

  2. Go to Store → PTA Membership 2026–27 Form.

  3. Purchase your membership.

Update Family Info

• Please confirm your family information is up to date—especially your child’s teacher and grade.

• To update: Log in → Store → Family Information → update details.

• This ensures you’ll see the correct clubs for your child during registration.

Club Registration

• To register: Log in to lmepta.org → Store → Club Form.

• Be sure to click all required Submit buttons.

• Your registration is not complete until you receive an email confirmation/receipt from the PTA.

Club Limits

• Each child may register for no more than 2 clubs total (including UIL).

• Exceptions:

  • Math Pentathlon, Kangaroo, League, and Olympiad Clubs (year-long programs)

  • Chess Club

Waitlists

• If a club is full, please add your child’s name to the Waitlist Form.

• Spots will be filled from the waitlist in order of time-stamped entries.

Important Reminders

• Strictly no refunds once clubs begin.

• No sign-ups after registration closes.

• Pickup is required by 4:00 PM sharp.

Club Start Dates

• All clubs begin the week of September 28th.

• UIL begins in October.
