Please join us for a Special General Meeting called by the Executive Board to discuss and vote on an important district initiative.

Meeting Purpose:The Executive Board will present information regarding the upcoming VATRE (Voter-Approval Tax Rate Election) / Proposition A. We will be hosting a representative from the school district who will give a presentation on the upcoming VATRE. They will explain what the VATRE covers, how it will impact our schools, and answer your questions. Since this is a special meeting, this will be the only topic covered.

Following the presentation, members will vote on whether Laurel Mountain PTA supports the measure.

This vote fulfills a call from the Round Rock ISD Council of PTAs regarding the following motion:

"Round Rock ISD Council of PTAs moves to support the 2026-2027 VATRE referendum for Round Rock ISD in its entirety."

Our local vote will officially instruct Laurel Mountain PTA's delegate on how to vote at the Council Delegate Meeting on September 23rd.
